The Space:

You'll be just around the corner from the ocean beach at this newly constructed, three-bedroom home in the heart of Neskowin. Spend your mornings walking to Proposal Rock, your afternoons splashing in the cool ocean waves, and your evenings telling stories and roasting s'mores around the backyard firepit.



The home sits a block and a half back from the ocean, with a beach access point two houses down from Breakers Avenue. It's a wonderful setting whether you're planning to tee off at the Neskowin Beach Golf Course, walk through the eerie Ghost Forest, or take a scenic drive to Pacific City or Lincoln City.



Built in 2022, the house brings a fresh perspective to your annual beach escape. The great room is an open space with a soaring barn-style ceiling, offering a living area with two sofas and an airy kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a farm sink, and beautiful cabinetry and backsplash.



Before hitting the beach in the morning, share stacks of pancakes at the breakfast bar or the dining room table. Upon your return, enjoy a quick nap in the hammock before lighting the gas grill and dining al fresco on the back deck. Additional features of this home include a washer/dryer and high-speed WiFi to keep you connected.

Great place!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very cheerful and comfortable. It was just a short walk to town and a shorter walk to the beach. We had three adults and four kids and it was the perfect place.

Thanksgiving vacay

We loved this home. It was a short walk to the beach, you could hear the sound of the ocean from the house, and it was close to North Lincoln City and Pacific City. We hope to come stay again!

Beautiful home close to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was beautifully decorated and oozed coziness! We were only there for a long weekend so we didn’t get to enjoy everything the home had to offer, like the fire pit out back. Would love to come back for a longer stay.

Fun for all!

This property was exactly as the listing photos & description. The size, floorplan & location to the beach were perfect for grandparents, kids & grandkids. There was enough space, plenty of bathrooms & beds, a handy laundry, a fenced backyard with firepit & seating plus a covered back porch with a huge hammock. We had family meals for 8. There was enough space & separation that one could nap, another could read or watch a movie, others could play games or visit. Such a quiet location & a short walk to the beach or store & restaurant.

Wonderful!

My husband, my four kids, and myself all had a great time here! Such a close walk to the beach, and the house is well-situated for families. My only constructive feedback is that the garbage had not been taken out after the last guests checked out (but that's not the fault of the owners!) and they have a Keurig. This might have been listed and I missed it, but I thought it was a regular coffee pot so I came unprepared and there were no K-cups at the house. Again, not a big deal at all, and we had such a wonderful time. We hope to come back! :-)

A beautiful place

The home is a delight! The sheets had not been changed since the last guests. The towels in the bathrooms were rolled up damp and were getting moldy...we hun them around to dry but did not wash them! I left some things and the owners threw them in the trash, but then when the manager called the same check out day, they retrieved some of the articles but not all. The manager sent those few things toe two weeks later.

The house was beautiful inside, and our family loved the open floor plan and the big patio. We had a wonderful time with all the games and books to share. The beach within walking distance was just lovely!!
