This rental has a full kitchen upstairs and a studio downstairs with a separate living area. Enjoy an expansive deck, an inviting living space with large picture windows, and wonderful vistas that reach Pacific City's Haystack Rock, Cape Kiwanda, and Bob Straub State Park!

This light-filled house sits in the hills above Pacific City, where you can enjoy a little peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of town. Great hiking trails abound at Cape Kiwanda State Natural Area and Bob Straub State Park (both are two miles west), and restaurants and stores are a short drive down the hill. You can also rent kayaks in town and explore Nestucca Bay, tour the Tillamook Creamery 27 miles north, or head 22 miles south to Lincoln City for some outlet shopping.

I think my previous page was not submitted:Update some of the decor so it's all one theme (Christmas plates on cabinets)Add clothe storage to bedroomsAdd privacy curtains to the front bedroomOverall deep clean then more often under beds and spider websBetter lighting at the base of the exterior stairs. The current light is blinding and you cannot see the bottom few steps making it very dangerous (especially in the rain). Recommend a ground level light or cutting back the bush so the current light illuminates the ground. More comfort in the living roomBetter instructions for the TVs, especially downstairs.

Perfect Place off the main drag - Perfect for families

This place is perfect. Amazing views, off the main road away from the crowds and big enough for a family. The place had everything needed and we definitely want to come back and bring the kids.

Perfect spot, great views, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach.

Great location and set up, 3 rooms with 3 separate bathrooms worked great for us. Coffee on the patio watching the deer was a fun experience.

Great view, not on the ocean (as advertised, it's a short drive). Plenty of room upstairs and downstairs. Big table upstairs was perfect for Thanksgiving.

Gorgeous views and quiet neighborhood

We stayed for a week in February 2024. The house was perfect for our family of four and my parents. The view is beautiful and the new construction next door only partially blocks and it didn't bother us at all. Use of the garage was really nice as we used it to keep our drift boat out of the weather at night. We would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway!

We really needed a vacation after having our new edition 4 months ago, this house was perfect! It sits on the hill and has a beautiful view of the ocean that you can hear from all rooms. Our 12 year old LOVED he had his own "apartment" and we saw him at activity time and feeding time! Beds were very comfortable and house was beautiful!

Getaway with a view

Overall great experience with the ocean views during a stormy weekend being what we needed. Kids enjoyed the downstairs area and we were able to use the kitchen for meals since dining out was limited. We didn't have specific instructions regarding the house and where things were or how to use so we had to troubleshoot. It was relaxing stay with views of ocean and the local deer.

Hard to find/ open key box, stove has two dead burners, hall bath does not drain, and dirty cookware in the kitchen, but the view is amazing.

Beautiful views and well equipped house

Really cool property with views of Haystack Rock and amazing windows. The house is divided into an upper portion and a bottom floor apartment which is nice for multiple couples/families staying together. It was really clean with a well equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze and there's a garage that makes for easy cleaning of sandy people and dogs. We loved playing games around the big table as it's a perfect house for hanging out with friends. A couple minute drive to town but the views are totally worth it.

You couldn’t ask for a better view of Pacific city from all the windows in the house. Very cozy home for our group of 8 adults and 10 kids. Only an 8 minute drive to Pelican brewery and the beach. Only complaint would be it wasn’t super clean. Dog hair on the floors and shower curtain had mold in it. But other than that it was a perfect beach vacation home for our family vacay.
