What's nearby:

This condo is centrally located in downtown Rockaway Beach - the location really couldn't be any better! A market, several restaurants, a coffee shop, and souvenir stores are all within very easy walking distance. Catch the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad next door and take a quick trip down to Garibaldi or up to Wheeler. Or hop in the car and take a drive down to the fishing village of Garibaldi to pick up some fresh seafood.

Great location, all the amenities!

Spent three nights here with my kiddos. Loved access to the beach and shops. Kids loved the jacuzzi tub and we appreciated all the kitchen items for cooking and kids sand toys. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean and great location!

The condo is walking distance from everything you need. It's super clean and it had two full bathrooms which was really nice! Laundry on site was nice to have access to and there is an elevator that was helpful to use instead of lugging our bags up the stairs. We had a great stay and would for sure recommend!

Short beach stay for 2

Overall nice place for just 2 people. Great location to the beach and restaurants. Check in and check out was easy. Great communications via email and text. The only downside is the decor and furniture are somewhat outdated. Has a old lady beach house vibe.

Anniversary Getaway

This condo was amazing! Literally right on the beach. Bed was comfy. It was raining and chilly for our stay but the fireplace made up for that! We did get a chance to walk the beach and found some squirrel friends in the rocks below our balcony. Great spot for a couple to getaway and relax!

Look no further for perfect spot

I have found my place and won’t book anywhere else on future trips. It’s exactly as presented and was perfect. 1 point off for the Barbie size coffee pot, and only having 1 towel per person for 4 days, but NO COMPLAINTS! Thanks.

Holiday Home

Took our sweet family ...by sweet family, I mean my husband, myself, and 4 year old son here for a much needed change of scenery and our first “real” vacation. This condo was PERFECT!! Its location to the grocery market and local restaurants was convenient -everything was right within walking distance. The view of the beach from the patio was unparalleled!! Fortunately for sunny days, we watched some beautiful sunsets. Your place was wonderful for us to recharge as a family and it was absolutely my perfect. My 4-yr old started referring to the place as our “holiday home” ;). Thank you for opening your home to our family -we hope to be back!!

Short get away

The condo was not cleaned very well. The table was dirty as were a lot of the dishes. We ran a dishwasher load to have clean dishes to eat off of. Didn’t get to try out the jacuzzi due to a city water problem. Maybe next time. We would stay here again.

Beautiful location, fantastic food next door

Blood stains on pillowcase & sheets. Both people who talked through the doorbell were crabby and unhelpful. The codes I got for laundry and trash did not work and I was never able to get the correct ones. No coffee - bring your own.

The ocean was fantastic, a great getaway

The property has no name or address on the building. It took me walking with person at Vacasa on the phone, 40 minutes to establish what building it was The condo needs regular updating and the housecleaning was not good. Used sheet on fold out bed, broken latch on deck door needed a rock to keep it open, had to have maint. people come for fire alarm that was beeping, stove needed attention to burners, carpet needs replacing. general main needed

Overall Fantastic Experience

This place was exactly what we were looking for. It was true to the pictures, within walking distance to almost everything in town and nearly spotless. I say nearly because we went to use the grill and it was absolutely disgusting. We already planned on grilling, so we had to take the time to clean it. It was clear it had not been cleaned in a while. The grates were crusted with old food and the outside was completely covered in grease and other drippings. I mention this mainly because the property guide says each guest must clean the grill after use. The cleaning crew (which did an excellent job with the rest of the property) may need to check the grill more often and hold those people accountable. Regardless of that, everything else was perfect! We would definitely return to this property and use this rental agency again.

Lovely beachside condo

The property is very nice. Well furnished, beautiful location. Close to shops and restaurants, easy beach access, and plenty of amenities. However we had a terrible customer service experience with the Vacasa property management company. First they didn't send the check in information and then it took four calls and two text message chains to customer service to get it sorted out. Turned out they were supposed to run a background check before issuing the check in information, but nobody told us that or requested the required information from us. Then they almost didn't provide access to the property because they said the background check had not been completed in time. After arguing that it was not my fault that they had failed to notify me of the requirement, they finally took my information, ran the background check and allowed us to get into and stay at the property we had paid for and driven 2 hours to access. Once inside, the rest of our stay was lovely. I will be avoiding renting properties managed by Vacasa in the future.

Perfect birthday getaway

We really enjoyed staying at the M&M Beach Nest and hope to return in the future. Pros: +Full kitchen with dishes and keurig machine (could use basic instructions) +Washer and dryer on property +Linen closet and pantry +Two full bathrooms +Quiet property +Beautiful view +sand toy for the little one +plenty of pillows, towels, extra soft blankets +games +close to train, Tillamook and Oswald... Lots to do. +bright, clean, welcomin +onsite management was very polite even though he didn't manage our property Cons: -It was little tricky figuring out which door unlocked the property and I had to call management to get in, but later figured out that the second door had the key pad. -Also there are 5 remotes in the living room and none of them are labeled. We eventually figured out the fan and fire and the TV but unfortunately we never could get the cable to work in the living room. -although there was a BBQ, it was dirty when we arrived. Swapped out the BBQ pan, but still needs to be cleaned. Ended up making a fire on the beach instead. -maybe explain where the garbage is and the code for it. -internet in living room kept dropping All in all it was very pleasant and we hope to return again. Comfortable beachfront oasis

We had a lovely overnight in the condo at Rockaway beach. The place has everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The mattress is divine and the living room sofa is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking your own meals. We found the dishes and things we pulled out the drawers and cabinets to be dirty - this is more of an annoyance and is the responsibility of the cleaning service. However when you've paid a hefty cleaning fee (>$100), one would expect that they did a really good job after the renters before you. The view from inside and the beach access are unbeatable. Most other things were quality hotel-like...the bathrooms were clean and the linens were quality. This property is managed by Vacasa - a short-term rental property management service. They do an okay job, but one complaint - we knew there was no one staying there right after we were leaving (we checked the calendar on VRBO) so we requested a late check-out. We received an email that we could have a late check out for an additional $36. We have a baby and moving slowly in the morning and letting her get her first nap of the day in her crib (pack n' play in this case) makes all the difference for our family. The additional charge felt really corporate and impersonal - we did not opt to pay it. We thought that we had paid enough for our 1 night getaway at the coast - as a little family on a tight fixed income. In short, a great little place with a fantastic view of the ocean but at a premium because Vacasa gets a cut of it too.

Vacasa offers complimentary early check in when it is available, but we are unable to offer complimentary late check out due to the fact that we have many cleaning teams that are scheduled.
