We chose this location because it feels like a hidden winter town straight out of a Christmas postcard. The quiet charm of Manila, combined with the snow-dusted trees and wide-open skies, makes this area feel magical during the holiday season. Being just five minutes from Flaming Gorge means you can enjoy winter views, peaceful walks, and breathtaking scenery without traveling far.
We also love that the home sits on one of the few paved and well-lit roads in town—something that becomes especially important when nights get darker and winter storms roll in. It’s a comforting place to arrive, even in the snow, and the community has a warm, small-town feel that makes the holidays extra special.
