Retiro de montaña en cabaña de campamento de verano

Este retiro de montaña aislado de 4 dormitorios y 2 baños, en una parcela de 5 acres, es como alquilar su propio parque estatal privado. ¡La cabaña se encuentra a poca distancia (4 minutos) a pie del lago privado de 12 acres de natación y pesca Slick Rock Mountains! Esta cabaña familiar de 2 pisos tiene capacidad para 8 personas. Arriba hay un plano de planta abierto, sala de estar / cocina / comedor con dormitorio principal queen y baño completo. En la planta baja hay 3 dormitorios (queen, doble y nido = 2 gemelos) con otro baño completo y lavadora y secadora. Además, la planta baja ha sido recientemente remodelada con pisos de madera completamente nuevos. La cabina está repleta de todo tipo de comodidades modernas, como televisores de pantalla plana, wifi, gran chimenea y una cocina bien equipada.
Los numerosos porches le brindan una sensación de "escapada al bosque" y la fogata al aire libre, las mesas de picnic, la barbacoa y las sillas lo convierten en un campamento de verano perfecto para su familia.
Slick Rock Mountain es una montaña privada de 350 acres ubicada en Brevard NC. Esta comunidad tranquila, de regreso a la naturaleza, está perfectamente ubicada para disfrutar del bosque estatal DuPont (donde se filmó la película Hunger Games), así como del Bosque Nacional Pisgah y la Blue Ridge Parkway. El lema de Brevard es "Tierra de cascadas" y, por una buena razón, hay muchas caminatas increíbles a estas hermosas cascadas y muchas otras actividades al aire libre para los amantes de la naturaleza, jóvenes y viejos, desde ciclismo de montaña, rafting, paseos a caballo, senderismo, pesca o simplemente relajarse. en la terraza para ver una hermosa puesta de sol.

Beautiful cabin in the forest.

This is a beautiful cabin nestled in the forest. We enjoyed everything about it, inside and out. It was a short drive to all the waterfalls, covered bridges, shops, restaurants, and much more. It was very clean and very well furnished. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful property

This was one of our favorite places we’ve stayed. Great location, beautiful property and deer out the window. My kids loved watching the deer at breakfast and dinner!

Great Lake and adventure

Amazing location

We loved out stay at the cabin, the easy access to the lake for swimming. Our 2 year old loved the beach, swing and slide. The mushrooms growing all over the woods around the cabin were amazing too.

Relaxed Thanksgiving Vacation

Comfortable cabin in relaxed private community. Dated but in a charming way that makes you feel more at home than in a hotel. Communication with the owners was fantastic. Our stay was right after a major hurricane and the property had been nicely cleaned up.

Wonderful vacation!

This was the most stocked cabin we’ve ever stayed in. Great location in a peaceful wooded setting. The white squirrels were amazing to watch. Brevard is a beautiful area to explore. I would definitely recommend this cabin!

Great cabin, wonderful lake for swimming and fishing. Loved the place!!

We would definitely rent this cabin again. We used fire pit every night and the kids loved everything; the wildlife, lake, playing board games. Fun, fun time.

You’re right if you want a peace and quiet in a state park setting with tons of wildlife, including deer and white squirrels, with an incredible swimming and fishing lake all in a comfortable, clean and cozy cabin..you’ve found it! Great location!

The cabin is perfect for small and large groups. It is also easy to get to downtown Brevard and hiking trails while still giving you a secluded feel. The multiple porches are nice and the grill pit came in handy. We would definitely return!

Family Reunion Getaway

Perfect spot to hang out, swim, enjoy nature, and relax! We met up with several relatives and the house had everything we needed to grill out, enjoy s'mores in the evening, and get out during the day to enjoy the lake and surrounding forest.

October family get together

Enjoyed our stay. It was a great place to gather, visit the national park, hike and fish. Kitchen was very well equipped, beds comfy, and very quiet. Lots of deer and white squirrels. Highly recommend.

Ballard Cabin

Cabin was very comfortable. Neighborhood was very friendly. Location was great for us. The lake was a lot of fun for swimming and fishing. Owner responded quickly to the few questions I had. Would definitely stay again.

Great Property, great time.

The property was clean and pretty spacious and very private. The road to it is one lane and steep but otherwise well maintained. The property manager and owner is very helpful.

Thank you! We love clean, spacious and private…makes you feel like you live in a state park! The roads are very well maintained by the road chairman on the mountain and they do an excellent job! 80% of the roads are paved on the mountain but We still like some gravel here and there to let you know you’re in the woods :) Please come back when you hear the mountains calling!

Amazing place

The house is in a great location. Deer in the yard in the mornings. Not far from town but feels like it’s miles from anywhere. Nice fire pit. Lake is beautiful!!

Perfect getaway

Cozy cabin, clean, tucked away but at the same time with easy access to multiple trails and beautiful waterfalls. Within minutes from Dollar General for essentials, otherwise 17 minutes from the town of Brevard.
