Welcome to our bright, family-friendly getaway—perfectly tucked between Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, and the Anaheim Convention Center! Our home is designed to give you a cozy retreat after a full day of SoCal fun.

The space

Our spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is set up to make hosting easy and relaxing:
• Bedroom #1: Queen bed, wall closet, and a 43” Smart TV—perfect for winding down

• Bedroom #2: Two full beds with its own closet
• Bedroom #3: two full beds and a closet—you can also find highchair and a play pen

• Bedroom #4: two Full beds with closet
• Living Room: Relax with a soft sofa bed, a 55” TV as well as entertainment center with foosable table, pingpong and poker!

• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Dishes, utensils, pots & pans, bakeware and everything you need for cooking

• Extras: High-speed internet, central AC & heat, Keurig coffee maker, and apps on all TVs (use your own login)

• Safety: Fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink

• Parking: Two free driveway spots + street parking. Please do not park on the street from 11am - 4pm on Mondays.
• Laundry: Located in a separate room to the left from the entry. It is attached to the garage, just beside the house.

Knott’s Berry Farm – 10 minutes

John Wayne Airport – 26 minutes

Long Beach Airport – 28 minutes

We pride ourselves on providing excellent hospitality. If you need anything at all—recommendations, assistance, or support—just send us a message. We’re here to help make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

House Rules:
To ensure a high-quality stay for every guest, we kindly ask that you follow all house rules:
• No smoking of any kind—inside or outside

• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette stays (strictly enforced)

• Check-in: 4pm–10pm

• No extra or overnight guests beyond what’s listed on your reservation

• No mail delivery

• No moving or rearranging furniture (except preparing the sofa bed)

• Please don’t unplug electronics or disconnect the internet

• No pre-check-in bag storage

• No pets

• No disturbing neighbors

• Landscapers usually come Tuesdays 

• Park in driveway or streets. Be aware to not park on the street 11am-4pm. Cars will be towed for street cleaning

• No loud noise or music inside/outside after 9:30pm

• Check-out is at 10am

Breaking any of these rules may result in cancellation of your stay and loss of your security deposit.
