This stylish place to stay is perfect for family trips. It’s a two (2) bedrooms Condo fully equipped each with a bathroom and a dressing room. The living room has an additional full bathroom. Pretty close to the nicest beaches in Punta Cana. The best spot ever is El Cortecito located in a vibrant area you will have everything around you like restaurants, grocery stores, mini markets and tourist attractions. Come and enjoy your best vacation ever.

The space
Our property has two bedrooms, both with its bathrooms, walk-in closet, 3 ACs, Two TVs (32’’). The living room area has its full bathroom, 58 inch TV and comfortable furniture.

The kitchen is fully equipped for those who love to cook.

Guest access
Our guests will have access to the outdoor pool with sun loungers and shower. El Cortecito beach is the nearest one is about 6 minutes from the condominium ( 700 meters).

Other things to note
The stay only include $100 dollars prepaid electricity for stay from 7 days or more/ $60 for stay from 6 days/ stay from 5 days includes 50 dollars/ 4 days 40 dollars/ 3 days 30dollars 2 days minimum 20 dollars. If consumption exceeds in these cases mentioned then the guest will need to make arrangement to pay for additional consumption. As a matter of courtesy, the host requests to shut off the lights and Air conditioning when not in the premises. Please don’t use the AC below 20 degrees Celsius or 70 degrees Fahrenheit. This policy is used just to avoid waste and preserve our beautiful island.
