We are located in the heart of the hip, happening North Loop neighborhood in central Austin, just down the road from the University of Texas and downtown. Our unit is nestled among the trees for a private, relaxing stay. Pets are welcome upon approval. (Pet approval requires $150 non-refunable pet fee and an additional $150 refundable pet fee, per approved pet) Entire property protected by Ring security cameras. Dedicated parking. Walkable to coffee shops (EPOCH, FlightPath), Quack's bakery, Asti Italian restaurant, an authentic cheese shop (Antonelli's), Drink.Well bar, Workhorse bar, Jewboy hamburgers, and fun vintage stores. The wildly popular pizza joint Homelice is just down the street, as is a more upscale dining establishment called Foreign & Domestic. The neighborhood is very walkable and a last vestige to the cool "old Austin" vibe-truly a fabulous place to stay. The property is strictly for quiet, respectful renters only.
