Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 2-bedroom condo in Puerto Vallarta. Spacious and open area with living room and dining area, perfect for a small group or family. Main bedroom has a full bed and brand new custom vanity and closet and second bedroom has 2 twin beds. 2 bathrooms, one has a shower and the other includes shower and a jetted tub. The condo stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Whether you’re preparing a meal or just hanging out, the beautiful living area invites you to kick back and enjoy your time. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes and all highlights of Puerto Vallarta. Relax by the pool or head out to the beach. Guest can book their own excursions or contact Jorge, Casa Viena’s concierge.

Before he was diagnosed in 2020, we had planned to travel the world and live in different countries. We even learned how to sail! After he passed, I decided to buy this condo in PV because I have friends and family here. I instantly fell in love with Versalles. It’s allowed me to live out part of my husband’s dreams.
My condo is more than a property, it’s the center point for my other business and life. I buy art from locals and take it back to the US to sell. I love helping others and giving back to the amazing people of Mexico and providing opportunities for improvement of the community.
