▪️ Gas grill in pool area: guests should use 2–3 layers of foil for safety; $50 grill use fee applies.
▪️ Pool and hot tub heating is available for an additional fee. To have the pool ready and warm for your arrival, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
▪️ We’d like to set your expectations that the (e.g., heated pool/hot tub) temperature will be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heater reaches its limit and is unable to overcome the weather.
▪️This property may have regular maintenance (e.g., lawn, pool, pest control) during your stay. If you'd prefer no service during your visit, just let us know in advance.
