I CURRENTLY LIVE IN THIS APARTMENT. I am just away for a few weeks. This apartment has a very LIVED-IN vibe, and it is NOT set up like a rental property. On the bright side, it is very cozy and full of great energy :)

- Featured amenities: balcony, washer/dryer in unit, central heat/AC, pool, jacuzzi, gym, dance room, lounge, conference room, BBQ grills, fire pit, etc.
- Guests can access 1 bedroom with a single bed, 1 attached bathroom, and all of the common areas! Please note: The 2nd bedroom is locked and unavailable to guests.
- There are trash shoots in the building to throw away your trash.
- Please no shoes in the house.
- Please keep the house clean during your stay.
- There will be someone coming by weekly to water all the plants. You will be notified ahead of time! Thank you for your cooperation and understanding :)

Daytime: You may park in garage retail spaces, before 1 AM.
Overnight: STREET PARKING ONLY — cars left in the garage after 1 AM may be towed at the guest’s expense!
