Please respect the home as if it were your own An additional 500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine Ocean City has a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those set by the Maryland Department of the Environment COMAR 26 02 03 02 or violate Chapter 30
