Experience the mountain life fully at this cozy ski-in, ski-out home in the Étoile du Matin community. Step out the door and onto the slopes for the ultimate ski-in, ski-out experience at Versant Soleil, and steps away from le Casino Mont Tremblant. Guests can enjoy year-round shuttle service to the Mont-Tremblant village as well as the hot tub facilities and summer pool.
*The air conditioning is currently out of order in this condo building, which means this unit has no AC*
After a day of ski adventures, relax in the spacious living area, complete with a warming gas fireplace and panoramic views of the snow-capped mountains.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all bakeware, cookware, utensils, and a drip coffee maker. All you need to bring is your food and spices! *Coffee is supplied in limited quantities. The private balcony offers impressive views of the mountains and a private BBQ.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in this home. All pillows, linens, and towels are provided for your convenience.

In winter, the area is served by a ski lift to the top of the mountain, while at certain times of the year, the Casino Express gondola provides direct access to the pedestrian village.
Pool and Hot Tub Facilities
The Versant Soleil community has a shared pool and hot tub facility for guests to enjoy. The swimming pool is open in the summer only (approximately June to August) and the hot tub is open year-round.

La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend tous les ustensiles de cuisine, la batterie de cuisine, les couverts et une cafetière à filtre. Il ne vous reste plus qu`à apporter vos aliments et vos épices ! *Le café est fourni en quantité limitée. Le balcon privé offre une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et dispose d`un barbecue privé.
Cette maison comprend 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes. Tous les oreillers, draps et serviettes sont fournis pour votre confort.

Ski-in ski-out depuis le Versant Soleil
Profitez de l`accès direct aux pistes, qui vous permet de vous rendre sans effort sur les pistes et d`explorer tout ce que cette station de renommée mondiale a à offrir. En hiver, la région est desservie par un téléski qui mène au sommet de la montagne, tandis qu`à certaines périodes de l`année, la télécabine Casino Express permet d`accéder directement au village piétonnier.
Piscine et jacuzzi
La communauté Versant Soleil dispose d`une piscine et d`un jacuzzi communs pour le plaisir de ses hôtes. La piscine est ouverte uniquement en été (de juin à août environ) et le jacuzzi est ouvert toute l`année.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.
2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.
4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.
5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.
6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.
7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.
9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.
10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.
11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.
12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.
13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.
14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.
15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.
16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.
