ONGOING CONSTRUCTION
This cabin is located in a growing neighborhood with active construction nearby. Guests may experience noise, dust, and construction vehicles, and work can occur any day between 6:00 AM and midnight. While this is outside our control, we want to be fully transparent so you can decide if this setting is the right fit for your stay. If you’re sensitive to noise or seeking a completely quiet environment, this may not be the best match.

PARKING
This cabin has TWO parking spaces only and street parking is not permitted. Please plan to carpool in if you have more than 2 vehicles, as the City of Pigeon Forge may tow cars parked in the street. There is not room for RV or Trailer parking.

PETS
• Two (2) dogs allowed only
• $75 pet fee per stay
• Dogs must be disclosed at booking
• Undisclosed pets will be charged retroactively
• Guests are responsible for pet-related damage or excessive cleaning
• Dogs are permitted, but this is not a dog-focused or fenced property; the cabin is in a neighborhood with limited green space and no designated pet relief or play area

SMOKING
• Smoking or vaping is not permitted indoors
• Indoor smoking may result in a $250 additional cleaning fee

UTILITIES, NATURE & AREA CONDITIONS
• This is a wooded mountain setting
• Temporary power, water, or internet outages may occur
• Nearby construction, insects, and wildlife are common
• These conditions are not grounds for cancellation or refunds

STARTER SUPPLIES
• Limited starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and K-cups provided
• Guests should plan to purchase additional supplies for longer stays
