Bienvenido a mi estudio que Adoro. ¡Localización! ¡Localización! ¡Localización! Este estudio bien equipado ha sido cuidadosamente decoradas y cuidadosamente equipada con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de su estancia. Bellamente decorado en un tema costero / playa. Cocina lujosa cama de matrimonio, con edredón de plumas, sábanas de hilo de alta y cama pillow-top, equipada totalmente con cafetera, licuadora, horno de microondas, un montón de cocina y despensa esenciales, mobiliario muy confortable, inteligente HD TV, WI-FI , soleado,, de un nivel privado, todo en una ubicación fabulosa que es muy práctico para todo y una caminata de nivel. Le encantará este lugar !!

This is a great find

So happy to find a place that is so comfortable, clean, stocked in a wonderful location. I didn't even need my car! I really loved this little place. It was so private and cozy and I will definitely come back!

A good stay, but a few things to be mindful of

It was a great location and a cozy spot. The bed was comfortable, although the room is pretty small. Three things to be aware of: 1. Natural lighting in the studio is non-existent, since the stay is below the main house. 2. The studio is the guest house of someone’s home, so there are people coming and going past the entrance of the house. 3. You can hear footsteps and talking in the main house from above which woke us up in the morning. We would’ve preferred knowing this before the stay. Everything else, check in process and communications with the host was smooth.

One and Done

- Upon arrival property was NOT cleaned and ready. Contacted owner who said " I did not think you were arriving until tomorrow". - Property did Not meet our expectations. Soiled carpet, soiled refrigerator door, bath tub shower did not drain properly, noise from upstairs unit residence. - Owner unwilling to negotiate a particial refund for early departure. - Departed property with notice to owner two days early. In summary will NOT be recommending this property. Bad VRBO Property experience.

Bill was wonderful on the phone, coming to see his son who lived here, but thought it would be best if he had his own place. Yes, I did get mixed up on the day, but the situation was taken care of immediately. Bill and his wife arrived almost an hour early than check in and upon arriving called me to say that the studio was not cleaned. The studio was 70% cleaned and we immediately and came over immediately and finished cleaning it. So he was able to check in 30 minutes later than the normal check in. When we called him to tell him we were finished he and he said he didn't want to stay and wanted his money back. Shocked, I told him there was no reason to cancel as the place was perfect. I'm sure he was let down when he came in to see that the bed had not been changed. I told him everything is perfect and that it was just a mix-up, but all is well. I even took pictures of everything because I knew he was going to be unhappy no matter what. I have been a host for over 3 years and have NEVER had a bad review. I take great pride in my place and many of my guests are returnees. I kept on checking in with him and his wife to see if there was anything they needed or that I could do, and they never even responded, except to ask if they could check out early and get their money back. I told them I would give them their money back if I could find someone to take their place, but I couldn't on such short notice. My studio may not be the Four Seasons, but it's very nice as witnessed by it being booked all the time. Sometimes it just not a good fit for everyone. If there is a problem with my studio or my guest is not happy, I would take care of things immediately.

Beautifully located

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and found the studio to be bright, clean, and well located. My only note would be that the description make clear that only Netflix is available on the TV - no network or cable channels at all.

Great clean bright place

My 5 year old son and I stayed here for two weeks and we could not have been happier. The place was clean, bright, and had everything we needed for our stay. Although there is no parking it was very easy to park on the street, and, if you don't have a car you can walk to the downtown in 5 minutes or so. The pictures were accurate and the owner was very professional and nice to deal with. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Great Location

We spent three nights, and had a wonderful time. The Location is great, we were able to walk to restaurants and had great access to mill valley, tiburon and the beach.

Great Place to Stay!

My wife and I were here to visit while looking for a house to buy. We really loved the location and the easiness of getting in and out of Mill Valley. We walked downtown every morning for coffee and really didn't even need a car. We really enjoyed the space and the way it was furnished. Everything was just really nice. Very much like a bed and breakfast inn. I would definitely recommend this place and will tell my friends. We love Mill Valley!

Loved it!

I thought this was a great value. I have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this one was really a nice find. Great location, close to everything and I walked to the Sweetwater, which is why I was there. The bed was super comfortable, the sheets and towels were of high quality and the TV and furniture were just really great. I will definitely be back. This place is a no-brainer and Susan was wonderful.

Nice convenient place to stay in Mill Valley

I have family living nearby and this was like an extended guest room for a visit. It was comfortable, clean and well furnished. It is less than a 10 minute walk to all of the shops, restaurants and entertainment venues in Mill Valley.

This home was owned by the same family for 60 years and it's such a wonderful location. I just love this home and the energy.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You don't need a car here. There is a bus stop down the street that will take you to San Francisco. There is a park with tennis courts right across the street. You can walk to Tony Tutto's pizzeria in 5 minutes or to the movie theater in ten minutes. Everything you need is all within a 10 minute walk.

This is also a good place for seniors as there are no stairs. A lot of my tenants here come in to visit their children, writing, looking for a home, remodeling and other reasons they need a comfortable place to temporarily live or vacation.

You will love it here. I also have a one bedroom bungalow in the backyard in a beautiful garden setting.
