The Space:

The Owl Brook house is equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing Vermont getaway! The house offers four bedrooms (main floor: two bedrooms each with a queen bed, downstairs bedroom offers a queen bed with en suite shower bathroom and upstairs loft bedroom via spiral staircase has two queen beds with a full bathroom), three bathrooms, kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and several coffee makers (Keurig/drip combo and espresso machine), WiFi, three smart TVs, washer and dryer available for guest use, an EV charger, wrap around porch, overlooking the creek for some relaxing water ambiance. Enjoy the sounds of the beautiful backyard creek, relax in the open concept living spaces and make use of the fully appointed kitchen.

Guests may use the indoor wood stove if they certify that they will do so safely and will be responsible for any damage due to its use or misuse.



Please note that Owl Brook House is a non-smoking residence (both inside and out). Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine.
