Welcome to your home away from home! You`ll be staying in a beautiful, open concept 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with everything you`ll need for your trip!
The kitchen is conveniently equipped with everything you`ll need to cook for friends and family during your stay!
You will find pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, spices, oils, food storage and so much more!
The living and dining area comfortably seat guests whether you`re enjoying a meal, playing a game or binge watching your favorite Netflix show!
Upstairs you`ll find some cozy and comfortable bedrooms where you`ll rest peacefully for the night!
The king bedroom has a large unsuited bathroom, electric fireplace, TV, walk-in closet and an extremely comfortable matress!
The two queen bedrooms are simply welcoming, cozy and very comfortable! Both bedrooms have the own TV which is great for couples or children who want their own space at the end of an adventurous day!
You`ll also find a laundry closet with a washer and dryer, free for guests to use! No need to bring detergent - everything you need is provided!
Guests will access the suite from the front entrance of the house. Within the main foyer, guests will gain access to their suite with a keyless entry! Codes will be sent to you the morning of your arrival!
Check-in is anytime after 4:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am. Please be aware that we are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out times.
Parking: Guests can park on the street. Street parking is free and is first come first serve!
Guests can contact me via Airbnb during their stay! I am will be happy to answer any questions you have or help anyway that I can! Please Note: I am typically unavailable during our quiet time hours (9:00pm-7:00am).

As noted in our house rules; quite time hours are from 9:00pm - 7:00am.
We do not allow unauthorized guests in the suite and have a 6 person maximum policy - including visitors. There will be a $100 charge per guest, per night for unauthorized guests and immediate termination of the reservation.
Our quiet time hours are from 9pm to 7am. Please be respectful of the tenants in the basement suite. NO stomping or running as it is very disturbing the tenants in the basement suite.
We kindly ask that you do not bring food or drinks upstairs. There will be a $150 cleaning fee if food, drink, or other waste is spilled on the carpeted area.
We can not accommodate early check-in or late check-out times. Our check-in time is after 4:00pm and our check-out time is by 11:00am.
No pets are allowed in this suite. The reservation will be immediately terminated if guests bring unauthorized pets into the home and a $250 fee will apply.
No smoking or vaping inside the suite or within 5 meters of the main entrance. There will be a $300 charge if guests choose to smoke/vape inside or within 5 meters of the main entrance.
We do not host third party bookings. Third party bookings will be immediately terminated.
Please be respectful of our neighbors as this is a family-friendly neighborhood!
Failure to follow house rules will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
Guests must sign rental agreement 24 hours prior to check-in or reservation will be canceled.
