Breckenridge's newest and most luxurious address -- the Grand Colorado resort on Peak 8 -- is available for the full week (7 nights) of APRIL 11-18, 2026 (Saturday to Saturday). This is a spacious 2BR, 2.5 Bath ski-in/ski-out residence that combines a large 1BR with a smaller, connected Studio. Large kitchen with eat-in dining area. The 1 BR side has a master with a King Bed plus a Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room. Master bath has a large soaking tub with separate shower, The studio side has a smaller galley kitchen, a queen bed in the bedroom, a sleeper couch in the living room, and a full bathroom, including both a tub and a shower. Half bath is toilet only. In total it sleeps 8 comfortably. In-unit washer and dryer, free WiFi, flat screen TV's in both living rooms and bedroom, a fireplace, and private balcony.
PROPERTY -- The Grand Colorado on Peak 8 property is THE prime location at the base of Peak 8. Walk right out to multiple lifts and also enjoy direct access to the gondola that takes you to other Peaks and downtown Breckenridge. With a restaurant and bar on site, coffee shop, ice skating rink, game room, private theaters exercise facilities, free underground heated parking, full service spa, multiple indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs including 2 slopeside, steam room and sauna, and free shuttle service to and from town. It's the perfect location for a ski/spa vacation in Breckenridge.
Guests will have full access to the property, including the ability to reserve the private theater during their stay. Upon check in you will be given access to the underground heated parking space and keys to a heated ski locker for use on the ground floor during your stay if you need it. Enjoy plush robes in your room to use during your stay (most guests wear them down to the indoor/outdoor pool areas or indoor spa grotto with the eucalyptus steam room, sauna and indoor jetted hot tub and relaxation area. And there's no shortage of great food options on the property, not to mention Michelin-rated dining in-town.
