A former citrus orchard, the neighborhood is lush and frequented by now-indigenous love birds. The grounds of this home feature mature orange, lemon, tangerine and grapefruit trees, roses, two shady patios, and even a porch swing! The home sleeps up to 6 adults and 3 children comfortably.

This spacious, totally renovated 2300 sf home is packed with charm and all the luxury you'd expect from a premium hotel. Situated on a very quiet, tree-lined street and surrounded by flowering bushes and citrus trees, the house is more reminiscent of an East-coast cottage, but with desert weather and sunshine. Whether you're enjoying a cup of coffee on the front porch swing, watching the sunset from the shady back patio grilling out on the propane grill, or admiring the wild miniature parrots that frequent the back yard, there's plenty of space to relax and unwind.
The 4 bed, 3-bath 2300 square-foot house was rebuilt from the studs out. It features dual whole-house REME HALO air purification systems (one on each AC unit) to remove VOCs, dust, allergens and mold), a spacious central open-plan dining/kitchen/living room and back patio, with 2 en-suite master bedrooms (each with full private bathrooms) on either side in the back corners of the home, and an additional 2 bedrooms with a shared full bath (with tub/shower) on the front corner. The layout is perfect for extended families looking to have communal spaces to be together, but each with their own private spaces.
The kitchen is fully equipped with every utensil, pan and appliance you'd need to make large meals. This includes an air fryer, food processor, hand wand blender, electric mixer, pressure cooker, slow cooker, roasting pan and a wide array of pots/pans/gadgets. And since coffee is KEY, we offer 4 ways to make the perfect cup: Nespresso (we provide a starter supply of complimentary pods), Chemex pour over, electric drip machine and a French Press. We even have an electric coffee grinder... just bring your own beans.
