INDOORS:
Ray is warm and cozy while being fully functional. Inside you’ll find a queen bed plus a dinette that converts into a cozy double. Ray comfortably sleeps up to 4. The indoor space is comfy but, it's all about the outdoor space! We have designed both indoor and outdoor spaces to allow you to fully open your heart and connect with the desert in an unimaginable way with an experience you will never forget, and long to return to.

FEATURES:
Ray is completely equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, TV, DVD player, indoor / outdoor sound system, toilet, shower, furnace, camping chairs, lights, BBQ, hot water and more but, this is all about camping and the outdoor experience… which is nothing short of amazing! Oh, and did we mention all of that is completely solar powered and eco friendly?!
Don’t miss our newest addition: The Clubhouse✌️ 1,800 sq ft of pure fun with ping pong, darts, a movie theatre, lounge, dining area, and bar. Your group’s go-to hangout in rain or shine.
OFF GRID:
Ray is small and quaint yet very well equipped and extremely hi-tech running completely "off grid" with the latest in solar technology... You would be hard pressed to find another rental so well appointed with such a small environmental footprint.

JT Village Campground is located in a private, completely fenced and secure campground with room for you to roam or just chill by a cozy campfire. BBQ and roast marshmallows just steps away from the trailer! There is tons of room for parking and again, the entire campground is 100% fenced and gated for your privacy and security.
Unlike most RV / camper rentals in the area which are illegal, JT Village Campground is a legally permitted campground with the county of San Bernardino following all environmental and county rules and regulations. There are four other campsites on the 2.5 acre property so you may have some neighbors but sites are few and spaced far apart.

RV Glamping:
This is a glamping RV trailer, not a house. You may need to wait a few minutes for the hot water to kick in or use a lighter to ignite the oven. We’ve made it all as user-friendly as possible—and we're just a call or text away if you need anything!

SHARED CAMPGROUND
You’ll be sharing the space with other happy desert Glampers, including our neighbors Sol & Sotosha. Please be respectful and bring good vibes only!
FIRE PIT
You’re welcome to use the fire pit. We sell firewood onsite. For safety, fires cannot be started when winds exceed 5MPH. Never leave the fire pit unattended.
BBQ
Charcoal is available onsite. BBQ utensils provided.
FAMILY POLICY
We are family-friendly, but no infants are allowed. Children 2+ must be included in the guest count. Please note the unit is not child-proof (steps, outlets, etc.).
NO PETS
Sorry, no pets allowed in this RV. This is strictly enforced and monitored at check-in. We do have pet-friendly RVs available—ask us!
ENCLOSED FENCE
The campground is fenced, but wildlife may still pass through. Stay mindful and watch your surroundings.
NO OUTDOOR MUSIC
Sound travels far in the desert. Please do not play amplified or Bluetooth speaker music outdoors at any time. Low-volume phone or laptop music is OK outdoors. Indoors is fine with doors closed.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Respect our peaceful desert community. Keep voices low and refrain from outdoor noise after 10PM. Violation may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
WIFI
We offer the fastest WiFi in the area (15mbps), but speeds may vary due to bandwidth usage, weather, or location. Thanks for your patience!
PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS
Commercial photography or video shoots must be pre-approved. Additional fees apply. Personal social media content is welcome!
WILDLIFE
You’ll likely see quail, coyotes, rabbits, albino lizards, snakes, and endangered kangaroo mice. Admire, but don’t engage—this is their home too.
NO SMOKING
This is a non-smoking unit. If you smoke, do so at least 15 feet away from doors, and never leave cigarette butts. Wildlife may ingest them. $250 fee for violations.
CLEANING
Our cleaning team is trained in CDC & WHO protocols. The unit is fully sanitized before each stay. For this reason, no early check-in or late check-out can be offered.
HOT WATER
May be limited or unavailable during winter due to pipe freezing.
TV
No TV channels—DVD player only.
CELL SERVICE
Coverage is limited in our secluded desert location. We recommend planning ahead and embracing the unplugged experience.

NO EXTRA GUESTS
Your group must match your reservation. No unlisted guests allowed on the property without prior approval.
→ Some RVs include a $50/night fee per guest over 4 (already built into the price).
CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES
Check-in: 4 PM – 9 PM
Check-out: by 10 AM
No early arrivals or late check-outs due to enhanced cleaning protocols.
NO PETS
This unit is not pet-friendly. Bringing a pet without approval = immediate cancellation.
NO SMOKING / CANDLES
Smoke outdoors only, at least 15 feet from doors. $250 fee applies for violations. Don’t leave butts—wildlife danger!
QUIET HOURS: 10PM – 8AM
No outdoor noise, music, or disruption during this time. Respect for neighbors is required.
KEEP DOORS CLOSED
Desert critters (mice, snakes, coyotes) can sneak in. Keep all doors shut at all times.
PHOTOSHOOTS
Commercial photos/videos require approval. Unauthorized use of property images or address is prohibited.
NO EVENTS
No weddings, parties, or large gatherings without written approval.
MAINTENANCE ACCESS
Vendors may access the site for trash, landscaping, or necessary repairs.
NO GLITTER / CONFETTI
Remove any decor by check-out. No glitter or confetti allowed.
FAMILY
Children 2+ must be included in your guest count. No infants allowed. Units are not childproof.
SHARED SPACE
You’re in a community! Respect fellow guests, and share the space with kindness.
EXCESSIVE MESS
Leave the unit tidy. Excessive cleaning = $500 charge.
INTERNET USE
No illegal or abusive use of WiFi. Speeds may vary.
CODE ENFORCEMENT CONTACT
We must have a 24/7 reachable phone number. If you don’t respond to a violation call within 30 mins, you may be fined $1,000 by the county.
RESCHEDULING
We follow our cancellation policy. Changes within 15 days must cancel and rebook.
SECURITY CAMERAS
Cameras monitor the driveway and property corners. No surveillance inside or in private outdoor spaces.
PARKING
Max: 1 car per 2 guests. Please park only in designated areas.
DAMAGE REPORTING
Please report any breakage. Unreported damage = $100+ per item plus replacement costs. If total exceeds deposit, we’ll bill you via Resolution Center.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of unexpected changes.
