This place is really cool and the space included helps so that you don't feel on top of one another. The extra amenities (fitness and theater) were also really cool and allowed for even more space. The host, Anh, was excellent at responding and helpful at the drop of a hat. I would stay here again!

Location was great - short walk to the stadiums and tons of restaurants and coffee shops. Building was in need of updates in common areas-peeling plaster and paint in the theatre area. Elevators were VERY unreliable. There is a bank of 8-10 elevators and only two are in operation. After 2 people in our group were stuck in the elevator for over 30 minutes because maintenance and property management couldn’t be located by 911, we were told by the cleaning crew that the elevators are extremely unreliable and always breaking down and unavailable.

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had with the elevators. Unfortunately, the elevators are part of the building’s shared infrastructure and are managed by the building management, which is outside of our direct control. To help set expectations, we do mention this in our check-in instructions and include a photo in the building access guide noting that only the last two elevators are currently operational.
That said, we completely understand how frustrating that situation must have been, especially with members of your group being stuck, and we’re very sorry you had to go through that. We have also raised these concerns with building management so they are aware of the impact it’s having on guests.
We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
