The space:
Nestled among the pines of Bass Lake's coveted Willow Cove, this cabin blends modern comfort with cozy mountain charm. Perfectly situated just down the street from the main town, it's only a 7-minute walk to The Pines Village or Bass Lake Water sports for lakeside dining, coffee, and boat slip rentals. Thoughtfully designed for relaxation and adventure, this serene retreat offers upscale amenities and quick access to both Bass Lake and Yosemite National Park-the perfect balance of luxury and laid-back mountain living.

Guest access:
The property features a spacious curved U-shape driveway with dual entrances, easily
accommodating up to six vehicles and plenty of room for a boat or trailer.

Layout & Sleeping Arrangements:
This spacious retreat accommodates up to 10 guests across two levels, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a large loft.

Main Level: 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and another with a queen bed, plus a full bath with walk in shower and a half bath down the hall.

2nd Level: Includes a king bedroom and a large loft with 2 full size beds, plus a full bath with shower/tub combo.


Kitchen & Amenities:
The kitchen is fully stocked for family meals and gatherings. Five burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and multiple coffee options.
You'll find mini split systems in every room including the living room and loft, to fine-tune your comfort.

Pet Policy:
We welcome one well-behaved dog per stay (with prior approval). Please note:
No pets on furniture (including beds)
Must be fully potty trained and can not be left unsupervised
Pet details (breed & weight) required at booking
$500 fine applies for unapproved pets
Bring your own pet bed and plan to clean up after them (including the backyard). Additional charges may apply for damages.

HOUSE RULES
*Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No additional visitors without prior approval.
*Maximum occupancy: 10 overnight guests.
*Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. Please be mindful of our neighbors — sound travels easily in the forest.
*No parties or events of any kind.
*This is a non-smoking property - including inside the home, on decks, and near open windows.
*No fireworks, open flames, or firearms.
*Outdoor fire pits are not permitted due to local fire restrictions.
*Please do not move furniture or décor.
*Do not tamper with exterior security cameras or safety devices.
*Keep food and trash indoors (bears can be present in the area)

CHECKOUT:
Load and run the dishwasher before departure.
Remove all trash to outdoor bins.
Close and lock all doors and windows.
We've stocked the cabin with all the essentials to make your stay comfortable — fresh linens, cozy bedding, blankets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels, dish soap, coffee pods, sugar, cooking oil, and basic spices.
For families traveling with little ones, a pack-'n-play and high chair are also available.
