Hello, I’m Dilpreet, and hosting is something I do with genuine care and intention. Trahes Signature Stay was not created just as a rental property, but as a space where guests can feel comfortable, safe, and truly at ease—whether they are visiting Delhi for work, family time, medical reasons, or a short city break.

Having lived in Delhi and hosted travellers from different backgrounds, I understand how important it is to have a place that feels reliable after a long day. I wanted to create a home that offers the privacy of an apartment, the comfort of a well-kept home, and the convenience of a central location. Every detail—from the layout to the furnishings—has been chosen to make guests feel relaxed and supported.

I am especially mindful of guests who travel for business or medical purposes, as these trips often come with stress and tight schedules. That’s why cleanliness, quiet surroundings, fast WiFi, and easy access to hospitals and transport are priorities here. At the same time, families and couples appreciate the calm ambience and the feeling of staying in a real neighbourhood rather than a crowded hotel area.

As a host, choosing the right neighbourhood was the most important decision for creating Trahes Signature Stay. I wanted a location that offers excellent connectivity, safety, and everyday convenience, while still feeling calm and residential—and East Patel Nagar, New Delhi (110008)

East Patel Nagar is one of those rare areas in Delhi where you get the advantage of being centrally located without the chaos of constant traffic and noise. The neighbourhood is well-planned, safe, and family-friendly, making it suitable for guests of all ages. Being just a 5-minute walk from Patel Nagar Metro Station, guests can travel easily to Karol Bagh, Connaught Place, Rajendra Place, Central Delhi, and major business districts without depending on long road commutes.
I also chose this area because of its proximity to some of Delhi’s most respected medical institutions, including Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital. Many guests visit the city for medical care or to support loved ones, and having a quiet, clean, and comfortable home close to hospitals can make a challenging time much easier.
Another reason this neighbourhood stood out is the everyday convenience it offers. Local markets, pharmacies, grocery stores, ATMs, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Guests can easily find fresh food, daily essentials, and services without needing to travel far. At the same time, the area remains peaceful, especially in the evenings, allowing guests to truly relax.
