A Kitchen Made for Entertaining: The main floor features a large, fully equipped kitchen designed to handle a crowd. With granite countertops, an two full size refrigerators, and a pantry, there is plenty of room for multiple cooks to collaborate. From the morning coffee station to large dinner services.

Spacious Living & Dining: The open-concept living area is furnished with two oversized sectional sofas, ensuring everyone has a comfortable spot to relax. The adjacent dining area is thoughtfully outfitted with multiple tables to seat 16 guests together for meals.

The Third-Floor Game Room: A dedicated entertainment hub awaits on the top floor. This fun-filled space features a multicade arcade game, foosball, and air hockey, alongside a 65-inch Smart TV and a family-friendly movie library. It’s the perfect "hangout" zone for kids and adults to enjoy a movie marathon or watch the big game.

Comfortable Accommodations: The home offers three floors of well-designed living space to ensure privacy and comfort for large groups. The primary suite serves as a restful escape, featuring a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom.

Bespoke Sleeping Layout: The home offers a sophisticated mix of six King suites and two oversized bunk rooms (including one that sleeps eight), ensuring every guest has a private and comfortable sanctuary.

Guest Notes & Arrival

Seamless Self Check-In: Pelican Perch uses secure, keyless entry. Your unique door code and arrival instructions will be sent via email and text approximately two weeks prior to your stay. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.

Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We are happy to welcome up to two dogs ($250 fee per dog). Please ensure your pets are disclosed prior to arrival to ensure compliance with our pet-friendly guidelines.

Pool & Spa Heat: Optional pool heating is available for a nightly fee of $75 and is seasonally available from October through May. Please request this at least 48 hours before check-in.

Events & Celebrations: This home is available for authorized weddings, reunions, and corporate functions. A separate event agreement and fee ($500–$1,500) are required for all gatherings exceeding the maximum guest count.
