Located along the Tristan and Action Alley MTB trail, we are stocked with amenities bikers will love! Ride or drive just 3 miles to Downtown Bentonville for NWA favorites. At home, relax in the hot tub, enjoy a meal or movie outside on the deck, play poker, pool, or an arcade game in our game room, or just spend quality time with the whole group in our large living and dining spaces.

When you stay at The Almand House, you'll spend most of the time enjoying the outdoors on our beautiful deck! Relax in the hot tub, cozy up on the couch and enjoy a show, or grill and enjoy a meal al fresco!



Inside, you'll be greeted by our open concept living space, kitchen, and two dining spaces. The living room has seating, a gas fireplace, and access to the patio! The kitchen is fully stocked to whip up a meal or just a good cup of coffee.



Downstairs, you'll find our game room! This huge space has more seating, a Smart TV, a pool table, poker table, board games and even a Hunter Arcade game!



After a fun day, settle into one of our four bedrooms:

(1) The primary bedroom is on the main floor and is complete with a King-size bed, a Smart TV, closet, and large en suite bathroom.

(2) Our second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom.

(3) Our third bedroom is downstairs and has two Twin/Twin bunk beds and a Full/Twin bunk bed to sleep 7 people and a connected bathroom.

(4) Our fourth bedroom is upstairs and has two Queen beds, a Smart TV, closet, dresser, and an en suite bathroom.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums.



Getting Around:

Walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Bentonville has to offer!



Other Things to Note:

House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
