Guests have full access to the entire home, including:
• The deck and outdoor space
• Private hot tub
• Driveway with on-site parking
• 12x16 gear shed for storing skis, snowboards, or outdoor equipment

You’ll also have deeded access to a private sandy beach on the Saco River (detailed directions are provided in the digital guest guide).

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

• Ideal for couples and small groups looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. Perfect for a romantic escape or a relaxing trip with friends. Not suitable for parties or large gatherings.
• Hot tub use: please follow house guidelines to keep it clean and ready for every guest.
• Parking: ample space for 2–3 vehicles. Our driveway is best suited for standard passenger vehicles only, and we’re not able to accommodate trailers or towed equipment, including snowmobile trailers.
• Winter travel: 4WD/AWD is recommended during winter months due to mountain roads and snowy conditions. During winter only 2 cars can park in the driveway to allow for plowing of the driveway.
• Ski storage: Ski and snowboard racks are available in the shed for convenient gear storage after a day on the slopes.
• Wildlife: Wildlife, including bears, is common in the area. Please be sure all trash and food are properly secured at all times.
• No smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
• No parties or events: This home is designed for relaxing getaways and is not suitable for parties or large gatherings.
• No pets: We’re unable to accommodate pets at this time.
