Blending comfort with mountain charm, this inviting retreat puts you steps from the Swaner Nature Preserve and minutes from world-class shopping, dining, outdoor adventure, and entertainment. Hop on the free Park City shuttle for easy access to Canyons Village, Park City Mountain Resort, and Historic Main Street—home to legendary restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife.
Spanning 1,255 square feet across three levels, this townhome comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Enter through the front door or garage and head upstairs to the bright, open-concept main living area.
Living Room: Unwind in the cozy living space featuring a queen-size sleeper sofa, electric fireplace, and 55” Samsung TV with Apple TV. Large windows fill the room with natural light—perfect after a day on the slopes or trails.
Kitchen: The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything needed for home-cooked meals. Enjoy casual bites or morning coffee at the bar seating for three.
Dining Area: Adjacent to the living room, the sunlit dining area features a round table with seating for four, ideal for shared meals or game nights.
