Set in a tranquil farm setting, this one-of-a-kind home blends luxurious indoor and outdoor living with unforgettable character, including stunning brick floors imported from France. Sweeping views of the surrounding vineyards and valley pour in from every angle, and each room features its own attached bathroom plus a private walkout patio, making comfort and privacy effortless for everyone. You’ll sink into high-end furnishings and premium bedding, start your mornings at the fully stocked coffee bar, and enjoy the convenience of multiple tankless water heaters—so no one ever has to worry about a cold shower. Living & Dining Areas
* A formal living room with gorgeous views — the perfect spot to unwind with a book or a glass of wine.
* A big family room area with comfortable couch, and again amazing views!
* A gourmet kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast.
Multiple dining options: a formal dining room, a casual space right off the kitchen, plus two outdoor dining tables under the sky.
Outdoors, Pool & More
*The pool can be heated, though most guests find the solar heating system plenty comfortable—it typically keeps the water a few degrees warmer than the outside temperature. If you’d like the pool heated with propane, it’s available for an additional $200 per day due to the high fuel usage. The hot tub is included at no extra charge.
* Loungers and seating around the pool and throughout the outdoor spaces — ideal for sunbathing, reading, or sipping margaritas.

You’re welcome to enjoy any of the ripe citrus growing on the property — feel free to pick and savor as you explore the grounds. We kindly ask that you leave the avocados on the trees and do not enter the avocado grove, as it is part of our working farm.
Some areas of the property connect to neighboring parcels, and you may see farm workers tending to the avocado grove. This is normal for the area, but your private spaces are all clearly defined for your enjoyment and comfort.
