Outdoors, Pool & More

*The pool can be heated, though most guests find the solar heating system plenty comfortable—it typically keeps the water a few degrees warmer than the outside temperature. If you’d like the pool heated with propane, it’s available for an additional $200 per day due to the high fuel usage. The hot tub is included at no extra charge.

* Loungers and seating around the pool and throughout the outdoor spaces — ideal for sunbathing, reading, or sipping margaritas.

* Outdoor BBQ for al fresco meals, plus scenic spots throughout the property to sit and soak in the mountain air.

The property has a gated entrance, and you’ll receive your personalized gate code as your arrival date approaches.

Please note that the home is located up in the mountains, so you’ll drive up a short scenic mountain road to reach the property.

You’re welcome to enjoy any of the ripe citrus growing on the property — feel free to pick and savor as you explore the grounds. We kindly ask that you leave the avocados on the trees and do not enter the avocado grove, as it is part of our working farm.

Some areas of the property connect to neighboring parcels, and you may see farm workers tending to the avocado grove. This is normal for the area, but your private spaces are all clearly defined for your enjoyment and comfort.
