The home is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac with very little traffic, offering a peaceful stay while still being just minutes from the Outlets of Mississippi and a variety of restaurants.
Guest has access to the whole house. You will receive a code for the smart lock two days before arrival.
You are able to get mail and packages but it is up to you to check. I do not take responsibility for your mail or packages.
We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items.
MAINTENANCE AND ISSUES: Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, internet, appliances, plumbing, and the television.
**Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement. Security Hold $300. Hold to be processed by Host on Guest's Credit Card. See Listing and Rental Agreement for details. Min age is at least 24 Years of Age.**
