Welcome to The Melina Vibe | Private Loft, a private one-bedroom loft apartment located above the detached garage at the same address as the main home. This self-contained space offers a quiet, comfortable stay with a modern, cozy feel, ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful retreat.
The loft features a private bedroom with fresh linens and storage, a full private bathroom with a shower and essential toiletries, and a comfortable living area perfect for relaxing, reading, or remote work. A well-equipped kitchenette is available for light cooking and simple meal preparation.
Guests access the loft through a shared main entry door that leads to both the garage recreation area and the private loft entrance. The main entry door remains unlocked for shared access. Once inside the loft, all interior areas are for the guest’s private use.
This space is best suited for guests seeking a calm and respectful environment. Quiet hours are enforced in all shared areas, including the garage, to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone on the property.
In addition to the private loft, guests may access the following shared amenities when available. The garage includes a shared recreation area with a pool table and dartboard, which may also be used by occupants of the main home. The outdoor pool is a shared space and may be used by guests of the main home during your stay.
Please note that the pool is seasonally closed from December through February due to winter conditions.
All communication with guests takes place exclusively through the booking platform’s messaging system to ensure clear documentation and timely support.
