ID Verification: For security purposes, we kindly request a valid photo ID from the primary booker prior to arrival.

House Rules: Any violations of house rules may result in a fine or cancellation of your reservation without refund.

Luggage Drop-Off: Unfortunately, luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: These options are subject to availability, especially when we have same-day bookings. A small fee per hour applies to accommodate our cleaners’ schedule.

Supplies, towels, and linens are not replenished during your stay, but don’t worry, there are convenience stores within walking distance for anything you might need.

Shared amenities like the pool may occasionally close for maintenance without prior notice.

PARKING:
If you plan to bring a vehicle and would like to avail a parking spot, kindly let us know at least 5 hours prior to your check-in time as we have limited parking spots available at the property, we will provide the necessary access details.

Parking cost $10 per night capped at $100 per month. Once given the parking details, failure to park on designated parking spot may result in your vehicle being towed. Please send us your plate number and a photo of your car located on the right spot.
