There are two (2) designated parking stalls for this unit. If bringing more than 2 vehicles, non-designated parking is available throughout the resort on a first-come first-service basis.
Amenity Disclaimer - Pool & Hot Tub: Please note that the pool and hot tub are managed and maintained by the resort`s Homeowners Association (HOA), and not by us as the hosts. As such, we have no control over the availability, maintenance schedule, or operational status of these amenities. The pool and/or hot tub may be closed at any time without notice, including during your stay, due to maintenance, repairs, or HOA decisions. Because these amenities are outside of our control, we cannot guarantee their availability, and we do not offer refunds- partial or full- for their unavailability. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
After you`ve completed your booking, you will receive a registration link via email of which will direct you to sign and acknowledge the Escape VRM Rental Agreement. You will be required to complete this prior to receiving check-in instructions.
Please note that a 3% cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations, irrespective of the time or reason for cancellation. This fee is non-negotiable and helps cover transaction and administrative expenses.
