Please note that the pool and hot tub are managed and maintained by the resort’s Homeowners Association (HOA), not by us as the hosts. We have no control over availability, maintenance schedules, or closures. These amenities may be closed at any time without notice, including during your stay, due to maintenance, repairs, or HOA decisions. Because these amenities are outside of our control, no refunds—partial or full—will be issued for their unavailability. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
After completing your booking, you will receive a registration link via email directing you to review and acknowledge the Escape VRM Rental Agreement. Completion of this agreement is required prior to receiving check-in instructions.
Please note that a 3% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations, regardless of timing or reason. This non-negotiable fee helps cover transaction and administrative costs.
