Cook in the full kitchen, work with high‑speed internet in the dedicated workspace, then retreat to the spacious bedroom with ensuite spa hot tub. Extra beds available for groups, plus art supplies, instruments, and digital gear on request. With creek-side views, this home-away-from home is sure to inspire!

Step into this inviting one‑bedroom apartment designed for both comfort and creativity. The open kitchen makes cooking a breeze. Start your mornings with a fresh cup of pour‑over coffee, provided to help fuel your day of exploration or creativity— enjoy it outside on the patio or in the living room, lined with windows and natural light.

A dedicated workspace opens directly onto your private patio, complete with a small dining table overlooking your own fenced yard—perfect for morning coffee or alfresco meals.

The master bedroom and bathroom ensuite is a sanctuary with views of Walnut Creek. Relax in the spa tub or shower and unwind in a space that blends luxury with tranquility.

Adding to the charm, Rosie—the friendly dog next door may greet you with a wagging tail —in the shared backyard with garden and fire pit access— if you’d like to say hello. She won’t have access to your private yard, but her presence adds warmth to the property.

Because Rosie lives in the adjacent unit, we typically welcome guests traveling without pets. Exceptions can be made for one well‑trained adult dog who is friendly with others, though this space isn’t suitable for multiple pets. Please inquire!

Need more space?

House of Songs is a duplex with two 1-bedroom apartments. Yours is the `Artist’s Flat.` The other unit is the `Musician’s Flat.` The entire duplex can also be rented as a 2-bedroom single-family home if needed, or you can book the neighboring apartment separately. Please let us know if you’d like more information!

Please inquire if you would like to use the shared laundry facilities.

The entire home is accessible to guests with the exception of one locked hospitality closet located in the garage (by the electric meters inside the gate to the left of the garage) which contains our cleaning and restocking supplies, along with the laundry area. Any evidence of tampering with locks may result in a fee.

To get around Austin, a car is recommended for convenience. However, public transit is available through Capital Metro buses, with stops within walking distance that connect you to downtown, The Domain, UT Austin, and more. Rapid routes (801 & 803) offer faster service along major corridors.
