The Space:

The apartment itself is super chic, modern, and sophisticated with a New York style and vibe. It is quiet and comfortable with added touches to make your stay more enjoyable, such as a 50" flat screen TV, Free Wifi, linens, plush towels, and a fully stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, oven range, microwave-oven, toaster, and coffee maker. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience, a hair dryer, and an iron/ironing board. The apartment features beautiful exposed brick walls, which is a classic and charming feature of many New York apartments. The apartment is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and includes a comfortable queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. Additionally, the apartment has a large closet, air conditioner, and heating.



Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to request an earlier installation!

The apartment also is well served by public transportation, so all other major NYC attractions are just a short walk, cab or subway ride away. The area around East 26th St Murry Hill New York City is well-served by public transportation. The closest subway station is the 23rd St Station, which is located on the N/R/W, 4/5/6, and L lines.
