The Neighborhood:
Spring Creek is a popular neighbourhood, close to downtown Canmore with quaint creeks and pathways. Nearby shops, restaurants and cozy cafes complete this desirable community, making it a nice respite from the bustle of downtown, just a short walk away and with all the conveniences that downtown has to offer. Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, Canmore offers easy access to outstanding hiking, backpacking, camping and mountain biking terrain, breathtaking viewpoints, downhill and cross-country skiing, world class golf courses and a multitude of water sports. Take in one of the National Parks, discover the historic town of Banff (15-minute drive) or Lake Louise (45-minute drive) and create memories that will last a lifetime.
Getting Around:
There are many walking/biking paths in the neighbourhood and various shops and restaurants. Downtown’s Main Street is a short walk away with even more retail and dining options. Canmore offers free local bus transportation on our ROAM Transit service, and easy access to Banff for a nominal fee. There are also many taxi companies available, including Three Sisters Taxi (our Welcome Binder lists a few options with contact information).

*Complex Quiet Time 10 pm - 7 am.
NOTE: Same day bookings have a 6 p.m. check in time. Should the unit be available earlier, we will advise as soon as possible. Any applicable damage deposits will be refunded within 7 days of departure after unit is checked.
PETS: We welcome four-legged family members with the following requirements. By proceeding with booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to the following pet policies:
-One trained, well-behaved dog up to 50lbs is welcome in the suite.
-Non-shedding hypoallergenic breeds preferred.
-The $100 pet fee does not cover damage the dog may cause in suite. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets.
-Dog must be crated when left in the suite alone. If barking/howling disturbs other guests a security company may be called and the callout fee of $200 will be charged to you.
-Dogs are not permitted to use the balcony/patio as a bathroom area.
-We provide extra grey towels to clean your dog prior to entering the suite, along with a sofa cover and ask this be used if your dog is permitted on furniture. Please bring extra pet blankets should your dog sleep on the beds. Excess pet hair or damage to linens will incur extra charges.
*Reservations made through Booking and Vacations in Canmore site are subject to a 4% cancellation charge.
