It is mandatory to enter your passport informations to the Police Identification System.

-Smoking is allowed only in the balcony. Smoking is not allowed in the flat.

-Party is not allowed.

-For stays longer than 10 days tenant pays the natural gas (İgdaş), electricty (CK Boğaziçi) and water (İSKİ) invoices.

We do this to protect our world and prevent global warming. If we do not do this, people are turning on the air conditioner's Cooling while the heaters are on, or they are opening the windows while the air conditioner's Cooling is on. These are all examples of wrong consumption. We are trying to prevent this wrong consumption.

-Before and after the stay, electricity, water and natural gas meters are read and recorded, and the usage fee is collected according to government index.
