The living room features stylish, high-end sofas and a smart TV. Step out onto the balcony, where you’ll find a seating area with a coffee table and two chairs — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee.



The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Shabbat hot plate, refrigerator, and freezer.



Bedroom 1: queen-size bed, full-height closet, smart TV. Direct access to the terrace.

Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be configured into a queen-size bed, full-height closet, smart TV. This bedroom is also the MAMAD (safe room) in case of emergency.

Full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

- Wooden crib: 500 ₪ per stay.

- Baby high chair: 50 ₪ per stay.

- Stay-over Cleaning (Available Sun-Thu from 9am until 7pm): 90 ₪ per hour + 20 ₪ transportation fee. Minimum 2 hours.

- Linen & Towel Refresh (Available Sun-Thu from 9am until 7pm): 110 ₪ per bedroom. Includes new bed sheets, pillowcases, bathmat and a set of towels per guest in the bedroom.

The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay.

Our team members do their best to be available for our guests, either in person, by email, phone or messages.

We personally greet our guests on request. Should you require such a personal check in please let us know in advance.

We will be happy to answer all your questions and provide recommendations for your stay. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish.

PASSPORT AND VAT

- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.

- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.

- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.

- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.

- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.

- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.



THE NEIGHBORHOOD

This is one of the new neighborhoods in Ramat Gan, conveniently located minutes away from the Hayarkon Park and with an easy access to Ayalon Highway and Tel Aviv Old North neighborhood. The park is probably the best place to relax or walk around and hang out with children - there are numerous activities such as a small zoo, playgrounds, an adventure park, hot air ballon etc...



GETTING AROUND

You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station. There are buses running from Bialik street which will take you to Tel Aviv.

If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.

Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.

You can also take advantage of the included parking space in the building and rent a car for your trips around.
