Spacious 3BR/2BA home with easy parking
A delightful bright home with three bedrooms (two queens and one twin), large kitchen to cook all your meals in and a comfortable living room to watch Friday night movies. All the comforts that you want when traveling. We are a short walk to City College of San Francisco and Balboa Park. A quick drive to Lake Merced & Downtown SF.
It is bright home with a large kitchen, dining room and living room. It is near public transportation (BART, MUNI and buses). We are near Glen Park and West Portal, nice family friendly neighborhoods and easily accessible to anywhere in The City.
For bookings longer than 30 nights guests are required to sign a lease separate from Airbnb.
You will have access to the top part of the house, the shared back yard and the drive way (no access to the garage)
We give our guests privacy.
Sunnyside is on the South West side of the city. Not far from the ocean so the weather can be cool and foggy. We are a 10 min. drive (longer on the bus 20 min.) to Ocean Beach, the zoo, Stern Grove, Lake Merced, Golden Gate Park, San Francisco Sate University, City College, Mt. Davidson, and more.
San Francisco is jam packed with places to explore, all within a bus ride or short drive.
The neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors are friendly. It is located near Ocean Ave. which has a Whole Foods and other shops and restaurants. There is a Safeway two blocks away on Monterrey Blvd. The other two neighborhoods that are close by are West Portal and Glen Park. There are two BART stations nearby - one at Glen Park and one at Balboa Station. There is a bus (the number 43) that goes from the corner of our street all the way across town. There is also a bus (number 23) on Monterrey that goes to the beach and zoo.
Public transportation (bus) is right around the corner and a short 10 min. Bus ride to the underground BART station that can take you downtown in 15 minutes. Two major freeways are minutes away by car. Lyft and Uber are always available.
We would like you to help out with Trash day, if you`re visiting on a Tuesday, we would appreciate if you could pull the trash bins from under the porch, out to the curb. Thank you!
There are at least 7-10 stairs to the front door.
The laundry and backyard are downstairs (about 8-12 steps)
If your stay is over 6 weeks, you`ll need a REQUIRED cleaning every six weeks, we will include one complimentary cleaning but you will need to pay for the rest.
If you`re staying on a monthly basis, you will be required to pay any PG&E bills that go over $200/month or Water over $75 for the month.
-No parties or events of any kind are allowed here
-Out of respect for our Neighbors: Quiet Hours are between 10pm - 8am
-No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine)
-No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling)
-Turn off lights, TV, heater & stove when not in use
-The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
-No pets allowed
-Conserve water, California is currently in a drought
-Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit
-Please consume or take all leftover food. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs!
-No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
-Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets, SF has small pipes (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...)
-Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
-A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests.
-On check-out, if property has a key, return it to the lockbox. There is a fee for misplaced keys, or for keys left in the unit.
-If your stay is over 6 weeks, you`ll need a required cleaning every six weeks, we will include one complimentary cleaning but you will need to pay for the rest.
-During your stay of 30 days or more. If utilities (water, trash, electricity & gas) go over a total of $150, you will be requested to pay the difference if it is excessive. You can avoid high charges by turning off lights, heaters, electronics and the stove when not in use. During the winter, San Franciscans wear layers of clothing to avoid high electric bills.
-Please be aware of your energy usage, especially during peak hours which are between 4-9pm each day. Run the dishwasher, washer and dryer (if applicable) during non peak hours. We appreciate guests helping to conserve energy.
-When renting this property on a monthly basis, the deposit will be $1000 (the difference will be requested via the `Send or Receive Money` option in Airbnb and the cleaning fee is $400. A mid-stay cleaning will be required for stays over 6 weeks.
