Welcome to 'Seas the Day at The Pointe' an upscale 3 bedroom/3 bathroom spacious condo where our guests are treated to high-end accommodations that are within walking distance to the gorgeous white sands and emerald blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Conveniently located at The Pointe Condominium complex in Inlet Beach (south of Highway 98) this stunning condo is only a 5 minute walk to the quaint town of Rosemary Beach and just across the street from The Shops of 30a, which features upscale dining and shopping. By comfortably sleeping 8, Seas the Day at The Pointe is the perfect condo for you to bring the whole family for your next beach vacation!

As your hosts, we strive to provide many additional items as a convenience to our guests. A few of these 'extras' include 4 beach towels, and starter bathroom and kitchen amenities. For our eco-friendly guests, the complex offers two Tesla chargers for use, free of charge!

Our starter amenities include:

As for the layout, 'Seas the Day at The Pointe' has plenty of sleeping space! This condo is a 3 bd/3ba, sleeping 8. All three bedrooms have an en suite bathroom, providing privacy for everyone in your travel party. We proudly provide a fully stocked kitchen should you decide to stay in for the evening. If you prefer to indulge in one of the many delicious restaurants in the area, several are within walking distance! The condo itself has three balconies (one off of the kitchen, one off of the first master bedroom and one off the second master bedroom) which all have breathtaking views of either the grounds/resort pool/and 30A!

BATHROOM 1:Garden tub as well as a stand-up shower.

This condo complex has an open parking lot. Two parking passes are provided (they will be in the condo when you arrive) and are good for the length of your stay. Upon booking and signing our rental agreement, you will receive an email with a helpful welcome packet that tells you everything you need to know about the complex, the unit, and area!!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - THE AREA
Highway 30a is a well-known highway south of Highway 98 that spans Santa Rosa Beach, FL. Although most of the area is considered Santa Rosa Beach for mailing purposes, there are several individual towns along the highway. Each town has its own personality and vibe – we encourage you to visit as many of them as you can while you are here! This condo is located between Rosemary Beach and Inlet beach but it is also very close to all the other towns along the way! Explore Alys Beach, Seagrove, Blue Mountain Beach, Dune Allen beach, hop in your car or golf cart for a scenic drive (if you rent a golf cart, make sure it is a gas one!).

There are so many things to do nearby - you may not know where to start! Whether venturing to the sugar white sands and sparkling blue water of the Gulf of Mexico, or taking a day to sight see, you will love enjoying everything this area has to offer! Panama City Beach is approximately 15 minutes away.
