You can reach your vacation home via the stairs or the elevator. The hallway, featuring a modern coat rack, leads to the spacious living and dining area. The dining area, featuring a solid-wood table and swivel chairs, and the cozy sofa nook create a harmonious overall atmosphere. The corner sofa can be pulled out to provide additional sleeping space for two more people. Entertainment is provided by a modern flat-screen TV and a built-in wall-mounted radio. Practical pleated blinds on the windows can be quickly and easily pulled up for privacy. <br>The open and ultra-modern kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line brand-name appliances. From the very tastefully furnished living-dining area, you can step out onto the spacious rooftop terrace with a large electric awning. You can enjoy the sun on a comfortable lounge chair with a typical East Frisian tea or an ice-cold drink at the round table with garden chairs.<br>Keeping to the right from the entryway leads to the chic shower room with a toilet. The large, walk-in shower, a heated towel rack, and the large, illuminated mirror set into a niche above the sink offer the highest level of comfort. An integrated bathroom radio rounds out the harmonious overall look. <br>You can access your bedroom through a sliding glass door from either the shower room or the living-dining area. <br>The bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed (two mattresses, each 90 x 200 cm), nightstands with reading lamps, and a large sliding-door closet, enjoys plenty of natural light but can be quickly and easily darkened thanks to coated pleated blinds. Here, too, you have direct access to the rooftop terrace. <br>The penthouse is designed to be barrier-free in all rooms and is equipped throughout with underfloor heating, dimmable lighting, and Wi-Fi.
