Four bedrooms offer private bathrooms and dressing areas. Common areas include the Room of Curiosities, a lounge and game room, and an Art Deco-inspired conversation pit by the 23-meter saltwater pool. The two-acre garden is filled with coconut palms, cashew, mango, pineapple, coffee, and spices, alongside an on-site vegetable garden.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire estate, including six bedrooms, pool, gardens, lounges, terraces, and the open-plan kitchen. The dedicated Dining Pavilion, seating 20, is perfect for group meals. Full-time staff, including a chef, residence manager, gardeners, and security guard, ensure a seamless stay.



The Neighborhood:

The estate is nestled into a hillside near Weligama, a southern Sri Lankan village known for its gemstone trade and fishing heritage. Weligama Beach, just 15 minutes away by tuk-tuk, offers surfing, snorkeling, and diving. Nearby Mirissa Beach features white sands, while Galle Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is only 30 minutes away. Visitors can explore local markets, Buddhist temples, and lush rice paddies. The residence manager can help arrange local activities, including excursions to Weligama Beach, Galle Fort, and surf schools.



Getting Around:

The estate is 13 km from Koggala Airport and about two hours from Colombo. Tuk-tuks are available for short trips to Weligama village, beaches, and nearby attractions. For a scenic experience, guests can travel on the Sri Lankan Railways Coastal Explorer line, which offers breathtaking views of the coast.
