The master bedroom includes a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and mountain views, creating a relaxing space to unwind. The additional bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and mountain views from the pool area, perfect for relaxing day or night.

Pool heater is available upon request and is optional.

House Rules – Please Read Carefully

- No Parties / Visitors

- Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight
- The house is for a maximum of 6 guests only
- Any visitors must be approved by the Host in advance
- Violations will result in immediate cancellation and a $500 fine

- Smoking Policy

- No smoking is allowed inside the home or on the patio
- Smoking is permitted outside only, away from doors and windows
-Any trace of smoke inside the home after check-out will result in a $500 fine

- Late Check-Out

- Check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM
- Guests must contact the Host in advance to request late check-out
- Unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee equal to one night’s rate

- Quiet Hours

- Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Please keep all noise (music, talking, etc.) to a minimum
- This is a quiet residential neighborhood

PROPERTY & AMENITY PROTECTION
- Pet Policy

- No pets allowed
- To protect guests with allergies, all animals are strictly prohibited

- Security Cameras

- Security cameras are installed outside the property only for safety
-Tampering, covering, or moving cameras will result in a $100 fine
-Linen & Towel Care

- Please do not use towels or linens for makeup removal or cleaning
- Stained or damaged items beyond reuse will incur a $50 replacement fee per item

GENERAL CONDUCT & SAFETY
- Eating & Drinking Rules

- Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms
- No eating on the patio
- No glass items are allowed on the patio (for safety reasons)

- Early Check-In / Late Check-Out

- When available, early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated for an additional fee
- Fees vary based on availability and requested times
