The updated kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full meals, with ample counter space and modern appliances. A dedicated bar area adds a great gathering spot for evening drinks and conversation.

Pool Heating

The pool is heated to 80°F at no additional cost during cooler months.
Guests who would like the pool heated above 80°F may request a higher temperature for an additional $75 per day, with advance notice required to ensure availability.

Guests must sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

Pets

We welcome up to two dogs per stay. A $250 non-refundable pet fee per stay applies. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring pets so the home can be properly prepared.

House Rules & Monitoring

Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. Scottsdale noise ordinances are actively enforced.

Exterior security cameras (including a Ring doorbell) monitor entrances and gates for security and occupancy verification only.

A Minut noise monitoring system is installed. It measures decibel levels only and does not record conversations.

Occupancy recommendation: no more than six adults plus their dependent children.

Additional Notes

Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $75 housekeeping rescheduling fee.

Pack-n-play and highchair available upon request.
