Located in Hot Springs, Arkansas, you’re just minutes from everything that makes the area so special. From Bathhouse Row and historic downtown to Lake Hamilton, hiking trails, local shops, and restaurants, there’s no shortage of things to see and do. ***THE POOL AND HOT TUB ARE CLOSED FROM DECEMBER 1ST to JANUARY 31ST***

***Pool heat is by request only***
***Must give 48hr notice! Any shorter notice is not guaranteed and will result in an additional $50 fee***
***90 degrees maximum heat temperature***
***In extremely cold weather typically between December-February the pool heat will not be super efficient. Especially when temperatures go below 50 degrees***
***$150/day and must be heated for the duration of the stay.***
***Please note that pool heating will not be available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.***

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a $300 security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.***

We would like to kindly remind you of our business hours, which are from 8 AM to 11 PM. In the event of an emergency outside of these hours, please take note of the following:
For non-emergencies, such as general inquiries or requests, please leave a voicemail or send a text message, and we will promptly return your call the following morning.
However, should you encounter a situation requiring immediate attention, such as plumbing or HVAC issues, we recommend contacting the appropriate 24-hour service providers listed below:
