Hi there- I’m Amber Speer :)

I spent 15 years managing large apartment communities, where I learned that the little details are what turn a stay into an experience. Last year, I took that love for hospitality and made the leap to go out on my own, creating spaces that feel thoughtful, personal, and a little unexpected.

Outside of hosting, I’m a self-proclaimed poker semi-pro, a writer at heart, and an unapologetically professional gift-wrapper (presentation matters 😉). I love creating spaces that feel welcoming, fun, and memorable — the kind of places you don’t want to rush through.

At Aspeerience, my goal is simple: make every stay feel intentional, comfortable, and just a little bit magical.

This neighborhood is home in the truest sense. My daughters (14 & 15) and I lived here for the past 3 years and fell in love with the balance it offers — peaceful and tucked away, yet close to everything we need.

Going out on my own gave me the flexibility to be present with my girls while building something meaningful. This home became part of that journey — first as our space to grow, and now as an investment that allows me to keep creating and expanding. It’s a neighborhood tied to family, balance, and a season of life that truly mattered.

What started as dried dirt and a daydream turned into a fully DIY backyard escape.

We designed and built everything ourselves — from the 9-hole mini golf course to the outdoor workout area, cozy movie nights under the stars, and playful spaces meant to be enjoyed, not just admired. Every detail was created with intention and a lot of hands-on love.

This space was created to invite curiosity, connection, and a little lighthearted joy — the kind that sneaks up on you when you weren’t expecting it. It’s not meant to be just a place to stay; it’s meant to be a place to linger.
