The home has 1-2 steps interior and exterior for accessibility. The home is not wheel chair accessible. Please reach out to host if accommodations can be made for any handicap needs, if possible.

All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the main living level. The laundry is located in the basement. The basement is not for guest use other than if laundry is needed to be done during the stay.

During the summer months, the yard is expansive for use as a play area or gathering area for recreational sports or entertainment.

There are 2 off-street parking spots available for guest directly in front of the garage.

Please reach out if you are bringing a trailer for a boat, snowmobiles or any other trailer, as prior plans for accommodation will need to be made with host.

On -street parking is available, but please respect the neighborhood and not block the road for other vehicles accessibility. On street parking is not permitted in the winter months.

The garage is for owner use only, there is no access for guests.

This home is close to Treetops Resort, Otsego Resort, Inukshuk Shores Waterpark, and many lakes. Enjoy Northern Michigan's year round outdoor activities with golfing, swimming, boating, and skiing/snowboarding! The home is also less than a mile from the North Central State Trail.

No Smoking indoors or near the buildings. Smoking indoors will results is a $500 fee charged to guest and or termination of booking.

**This home is in a residential neighborhood. Please enjoy your stay and respect the neighbors quite enjoyment of their homes as well. Quiet hours are between 9PM and 8AM. Any loud music or disturbances within the quite hours will result in booking termination.
