The home is climate-controlled with air conditioning and heating, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round.

Shayla grew up barrel racing with her mom as her instructor and spent many weekends competing in this area. Over the years, visits here became something we truly looked forward to - especially when spending time with Shayla’s mom. The connection to the land, the Western lifestyle, and the sense of community made it feel like the perfect place to put down roots and invest in a property we could share with others.
