This charming 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Gambrel-style home is nestled in the trees of Big Bear’s quiet Peter Pan neighborhood. Guests will enjoy mountain views in a cozy, woodsy setting.
Start your morning with a quiet cup of coffee on the front deck and end your day with an après ski cocktail on the covered back deck.
After a long day on the trails or slopes, kick back and watch a show on the flatscreen TV with streaming services or cozy up in front of the large brick gas fireplace in the comfortable living room.
Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen and gather around the dining room table to recount the day’s adventures.
Kiddos can get the wiggles out in the enclosed backyard with artificial grass while the adults enjoy a glass of California wine on the deck or in the brand new Hot Tub.
When it is time to turn in for the evening, guests will have their choice of 3 comfortable bedrooms. A large downstairs bedroom offers two sets of twin over queen bunk beds, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a half bath, and access to the back deck. Upstairs, bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed with a Jack and Jill bathroom with a large tub and attached balcony, and bedroom 3 has a queen-sized bed, twin-sized bed, and a flat-screen TV.

Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.
Other Things to Note:
Maximum Parking Occupancy at any given time is 3 vehicles. No street parking per County Code.
Hot tub is off limits to guests.
Pet Friendly for up to 2 Dogs, Pet Fees Apply
Check-in and key pick-up must be by the person named on the reservation, they must be over 25 years of age and they must present the credit card used to pay for the reservation, along with a matching photo I.D. DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY, you must complete check-in at the office and you will be provided with a map to the cabin.

The following policy is required by the City of Big Bear Lake, and has been copied verbatim from city documents.
Do not exceed the occupancy limit.
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard.
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7.
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take your furry friend with you.
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly!
Take trash to dumpster locations.
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41970 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.
Fines.
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction.
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
