You’ll love the mountain cabin vibe of the beautiful Fox Pines Retreat, a modern three-bedroom home full of sun and space, thanks to a great room with a fantastic, vaulted ceiling, skylights and a soaring stone fireplace. But it’s the extras—a game room, bath spa tub, hot tub, fire-pit and proximity to the lake, village and mountains—that put this wonderful home over the top. Relax on the contemporary sectional in front of the fire, enjoy a sun-dappled meal at the kitchen table through the sliders to the deck, or assemble a team for drinks and a ping-pong tournament in the upstairs game room. Outdoors, you can soak in the hot tub, enjoy views of the Fox Farm neighborhood from the upper balcony, or gather around the fire-pit to watch the sparks fly up to the stars. Reserve the king suite for yourself—it’s spacious and has a skylight and a sunny bath. Your guests will have plenty of room in two other clean, open bedrooms with multiple beds.

Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.

The following policy is required by the City of Big Bear Lake and has been copied verbatim from city documents.
Do not exceed the occupancy limit.
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in the street or yard.
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7.
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations.
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41970 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.
Fines.
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction.
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.

Check-in and key pick-up must be by the person named on the reservation, they must be over 25 years of age and they must present the credit card used to pay for the reservation, along with a matching photo I.D. DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY, you must complete check-in at the office and you will be provided with a map to the cabin.
On your departure, all keys must be returned to our office. There is a key box outside our office where keys may be dropped off if your departure is outside our regular office hours.
